The office is beautiful! The woman at the front desk were very welcoming and friendly! I was called back right away and the X-ray technician explained everything and was fantastic! I absolutely love my hygienist, Megan! She always does a very amazing job and asks how I’m doing throughout my cleaning. Afterwards, she always asks how everything feels and if I have any questions. She always recommends the best products to keep my smile healthy! The Doctor I had was amazing as well! Thank you so much, New York Dental Group!

When I first walked into the office I thought I was in a day spa, wonderful waiting room, bright and wonderful music (Eric Clapton!). They had text me 30 minutes before my appointment to let me know that a space had opened up an that I could come early (their office is located an hour from my home and they were SO accommodating). Everyone that I encountered introduced themselves and their job description. Every detail of my visit was explained to me in detail. My last dentist was a monster, pulling teeth rather than fixing them as it is easier, faster and you can fit more appointments in. I had never been frightened of the dentist until that man, but NY Dental Group is amazing. The dentist explained that I needed some crowns. He said to me, "We are going to FIX your teeth, and you will feel much better. OMG It had been a long time since I heard anything like that. Leaving was like being at a Christmas party. Everyone was smiling and waving, they made me feel like a person but mostly that I was important. I went out to my car and sobbed. I had just won the lottery. I can't thank them enough. I am worthy of their care.

Employees at front desk was very professional and prompt. Front area very clean and lots of space for sitting. I waited about 10 minutes and was called in to have dental, the room for the dental X rays was very clean and 2 chairs so I was able to put my belongs on the chairs. Saw hygienist and was very please with his interaction with me about my dental goals. I had a very bad experience at another dental office which was horrible. New York Dental I would recommend and give them 10 stars if I could. Love the treatment, atmosphere was great and very clean. I really appreciate how they treat the patients and staff. Only been going here a month and have seen multiple red flags. They first tried dismissing me as a patient for an error on their end. I sent an email inquiry for an appointment. The next morning I get a text at 8:10 am that I'm scheduled for an 8:15 appointment. The only reason I wasn't dismissed was because I stood up for myself. Legit had to explain to them that I received no confirmation. Had a cleaning later that day and was in excruciating pain throughout the next week. When I called about this, they told me it would be $65 just to be seen. Ridiculous. Ended up getting antibiotics from a doctor and everything cleared up. Was supposed to have been scheduled for a root canal a month later. Came in and they told me it wasn't ever scheduled. I think I dodged a bullet with the root canal. A friend of mine got their root canal done a week ago and had a bad experience during the procedure and is now having issues with that tooth. Needless to say, this place is sketchy.

*Never* a "Scary Dentist". Everyone has always been very kind to me there. I have terrible anxiety (not just at the dentist's), and the hygienists and front desk staff are super wonderful and always make me feel better! They even just renovated the whole office to have a modern, spacious feel, with a "loft" kinda vibe in the waiting area- it's HUGE! There are *two* seating areas- I'm not sure if one is different from the other? Still need to check out the bathroom, and make sure it's handicapped/disabled/elderly accessible... OH, and the entrance is on the other side now! The door is facing the parkway. All in all, definitely the best dentist I've ever been to!
